AI Product Builder for Operational and Creative Systems

I turn complex workflows into usable products, automations, and AI-enabled systems, from problem discovery and requirements to launch and iteration.

I combine product judgment, hands-on software building, workflow automation, and cross-functional leadership to create systems that people actually use.

AI Product Work

Operational systems, designed and built end to end

Four products that each started as a real workflow problem. Two are live in production, one is the production platform I built at Artlist connecting its content team with hundreds of freelance artists and agents, and one is in pre-production.

Live production
Live production 300+ users Hebrew-first

Classic Studio Management Platform

Role: independent product builder. Discovery, requirements, design, build, launch, and iteration.

Problem
A studio needs registration, agreements, scheduling, attendance, billing, and subscriptions to work as one system, built for a Hebrew-speaking team, instead of as separate manual steps.
Built
A Hebrew-first studio-management platform covering registration, agreements, scheduling, attendance, billing, subscriptions, bookings, waitlists, reporting, and operational controls, with role-specific portals.
Workflows
Registration and agreements, class scheduling and attendance, recurring billing and subscriptions, bookings and waitlists, and reporting. Payment safeguards include idempotent charges, retries, reconciliation, audit logs, and alerts.
Status
Live production
Scale
300+ users
Result
Runs the studio's day-to-day operations in one system and saves the managing team hundreds of hours a month.
Live production
Live production 100+ users Bilingual

Afterschool Operations Platform

Role: independent product builder. Discovery, requirements, design, build, launch, and iteration.

Problem
Registration, attendance, parent communication, billing, and staff HR were being handled through spreadsheets and WhatsApp, with no shared system for the managing team and staff on site.
Built
A bilingual operations platform with registration, attendance, parent communication, billing, HR workflows, geofenced time tracking, document generation, and mobile workflows.
Workflows
Registration and attendance, parent communication, billing, staff HR with geofenced time tracking, automated document generation, and mobile-first workflows for staff working on location.
Status
Live production
Scale
100+ users
Result
Replaced spreadsheets and chat threads with one operations system and saves the managing team hundreds of hours a month.

Production Hub

Role: Head of Audio at Artlist. Designed and built the platform for the content team, my own department, and the freelance artists and agents we worked with.

Problem
Music-production status, reviews, approvals, and delivery information were split between Monday.com boards, Google Drive folders, and manual follow-ups, with no single view for the team.
Built
A music-production platform connecting the Artlist content team with hundreds of freelance artists and agents, integrating Monday.com and Google Drive, with production tracking, review and approval workflows, permissions, notifications, and operational dashboards.
Integrations
Monday.com, Google Drive, Freshdesk support ticketing, and fal.ai for album-art generation.
AI
Gemini-based analysis and content generation, Whisper voice-note transcription, and a grounded RAG knowledge assistant that answers questions about tracks and projects.
Status
Live production platform, in daily use at Artlist
Scale
The Artlist content team and hundreds of freelance artists and agents, plus stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, Support, Content, and Creative.
Result
One place for production status, approvals, and team knowledge instead of scattered boards, folders, and messages.

Pre-production
Pre-production Multi-tenant AI-assisted

Pixtory Yearbook Platform

Role: independent product builder. Discovery, requirements, design, and build.

Problem
Yearbook production runs through quotations, permissions, approvals, matching photos to student rosters, and print handoff, repeated for every customer account.
Built
A multi-tenant yearbook platform with quotations, permissions, approvals, AI-assisted face matching, roster extraction, exports, and print-production workflows, with tenant isolation and role-based workflows.
Workflows
Quotation to approval, permission management per tenant and role, photo-to-roster matching, export packages, and print-production handoff.
AI
AI-assisted face matching and roster extraction.
Status
Pre-production. Not yet live.
Scale
Multi-tenant by design; no production users yet.
Result
End-to-end workflows designed and built ahead of launch.

How I work

From Problem to Production

I map the existing workflow, identify the operational bottleneck, define the product requirements, prototype the solution, connect the necessary systems, and iterate with real users after launch.

  1. 01

    Map the existing workflow

Sit with the people doing the work and document how things actually move today, including the workarounds.

  2. 02

    Identify the bottleneck

Find the step that costs the most time, creates the most errors, or blocks the rest of the process.

  3. 03

    Define product requirements

Turn the problem into clear requirements, permissions, controls, and success criteria the team agrees on.

  4. 04

    Prototype the solution

Build a working version quickly, including AI capabilities where they solve a real task rather than decorate one.

  5. 05

    Connect the systems

Integrate the tools the team already depends on, such as Monday.com, Google Drive, billing, and messaging.

  6. 06

    Iterate with real users

Launch, watch adoption, gather feedback, and keep improving the product after it is live.

About

Product judgment from inside the workflow

I spent about five years at Artlist, first as a mastering engineer and then as Head of Audio, leading an eight-person audio department. I owned priorities, capacity planning, budget management, vendor and technology decisions, quality standards, and cross-functional delivery.

That is where I started building products: Production Hub grew out of the bottlenecks my own team faced every day. Since then I have independently designed and built operational platforms that are now live for hundreds of users.

My background in audio and creative production helps me understand complex production workflows from the inside, not just from a software perspective.
  • Led an eight-person audio department: priorities, capacity, budget, vendors, and quality standards.
  • Designed and built Production Hub, connecting Monday.com and Google Drive with AI-enabled workflows.
  • Independently built Classic (300+ users) and Afterschool (100+ users), both live in production.
  • Hands-on builder: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, Supabase, and AI APIs.
